Anne Cunningham has been successfully standing shoulder to shoulder with concerned parents for 10 years as they pursue the academic, emotional/social, or behavioral support their child needs to access the curriculum in pursuit of a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE).

Anne’s experience as a SEIT, Special Education teacher, administrator in NYC, in addition to her in-depth knowledge of the State and Federal Regulations, training in evaluations and interpreting scores, gives her the edge to effectively interact with the EI/CPSE/CSE/504 Committees. Anne is trained in writing effective SMART Goals, knows when to request specific evaluations, knows the timelines to followed, requests FBA/BIP when needed, identifies when a student needs an out of district placement, or an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE). Anne knows how to navigate the timelines and regulations of IDEA and NY, CT and NJ State.
