03 Jan NEST Program | Gradual Separation Program at The Play Lab
The Play Lab Nest is a program that gives you and your little one a first school experience!
Two groups for children ages 18-24 months and 2-2.5 years old.
Pre-separation program encourages independence while children learn to socialize, discover and play. Parents or caregivers are required to stay with the child, separation and independence is gained gradually.
The Play Lab Nest has been created by the owner of The Play Lab Magda Lahliti, founder of French for Little Ones, Play Kids and a creator of various curriculums for preschools and after school programs.
Nest’s curriculum is inspired by Montessori and Waldorf educational modalities.
12-WEEK SEMESTER OPTION
January 9, 2024 – March 28, 2024
We are offering two program options:
For children 18-24 months, 90 min session, meets on Wednesdays.
For children ages 2-2.5 years old, 120 min session, meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Separation | Our program is a great preparation step before the first pre-school experience. We meet each child where they are and in a gentle process, as smooth and easy as possible, we support you and your little one to be ready to separate.
Independence | We help your little one build independence and confidence through a unique and thoughtfully tailored set of tools that include learning through play, discovery & creative play, rotating activities and structured routine.
Curriculum | Built around children’s curiosity. Our curriculum gives the children space for exploration, discovery, creativity, meaningful experiences and it is tailored to the needs of every single class session.
Structure and Routine | An important factor of our program is the routine and structure of every session that creates a safe environment for little ones and their caregivers. It is not only routine in the class but also structured and consistent communication with parents and caregivers.
