Every kid wants to be a ninja warrior, just like on NBC’s popular television show, American Ninja Warrior. Besides being the most fun that kids can have exercising, ninja training promotes discipline, focus, and behavioral development. Ninja warrior is a sport for any skill level, which fosters kids’ growth and improvement, while they’re having the time of their lives.

Ninjas 6 to 12 years old are separated by age group for classes. Lessons are taught by certified ninja coaches, some of whom have been featured on the TV show! Coordination and confidence increases with skill level. Not only is ninja warrior training a thrilling physical challenge at all skills levels, it’s also a mental challenge, and an innovative approach to setting, achieving, and surpassing personal goals, beyond what you do at a or other fitness programs. Obstacles are like those on the TV show, and they regularly rotate, so kids are challenged in new ways every time they visit.

A 10-week progressive program teaches participants how to overcome ninja warrior obstacles by analyzing, approaching, and conquering obstacles just like those on the show. Ninjas learn new skills and techniques for climbing, swinging, agility, balance, and strength. Kids gain confidence as they master each obstacle, increase their skill level, and become ready to take on the next progression. There is no better feeling than the ultimate thrill of hitting the buzzer at the end of a course, complete with exciting sound effects and lights!

New York City Ninja Academy also hosts exciting and memorable birthday parties your child will never forget. Kids are challenged with fun and safe ninja warrior obstacle training with our professional coaching staff, some of whom are regulars on NBC TV’s American Ninja Warrior! Kids run exciting obstacle courses complete with lights, sound effects, and the ultimate thrill of hitting the buzzer at the top of the Warped Wall! A full 90 minutes is spent on the gym floor in an action-packed event with no down time, and you’ll have the entire facility all to yourselves!

Private lessons, special events, team-building and small group training are also available.
