Elizabeth Streb, the founder of the program, has been developing the PopAction technique for over 40 years. PopAction classes help young movers learn new skills by challenging them in unique ways. They are taught to change their base of support in a rapid-fire way, designate specific locations in vertical and horizontal space, pop their muscles to initiate action, and learn to train for impact. The classes also focus on learning to fly with low-to-the-ground maneuvers that increase spatial awareness and incorporate a physical “felt timing” system instead of musical timing.
STREB’s Kid Trampoline classes are available for children ages 5 and up. It provides a safe space for kids to bounce, flip, and twist, without having to use your furniture.
