Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park

​Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park is Manhattan’s winter wonderland. Enjoy the Holiday Shops, a pop-up rinkside food hall, and The Rink, the centerpiece of Winter Village and New York City’s only free admission ice skating rink.

This 17,000 square foot rink features free admission ice skating, high quality rental skates, and free skating shows, special events, and activities.

The Rink is open daily through the end of season 8am-10pm, weather permitting.

ArtRink at Brooklyn Children’s Museum

ArtRink, BCM’s outdoor skating rink and art exhibition, is back this year and bigger and better than ever! Grab your winter coat and warmest pair of socks and join us on our rooftop for a magical winter experience in the heart of Brooklyn.

Strap on your skates and glide around a 3,000 square-foot synthetic-ice skating rink, surrounded by an art exhibition showcasing the work of local artists. Take a stroll through our kids-sized Winter Village, five interactive playhouses each designed by a different artist.

Every year, ArtRink is unified by a unique theme which inspires the spirit of the exhibition as well as the selection of art. This year’s theme, “It Takes a Village,” presents creative interpretations of the ways that communities come together to create positive, safe, and healthy environments, and work toward a bright future.


Gov­er­nors Island Win­ter Vil­lage

The Gov­er­nors Island Win­ter Vil­lage in Colonels Row fea­tures fun activ­i­ties and win­ter vibes for vis­i­tors of all ages!

The Vil­lage will open Novem­ber 172022, and includes a 7,500-square-foot ice skat­ing rink open Fri­days-Sun­days and all NYC Depart­ment of Edu­ca­tion hol­i­days, along with dai­ly attrac­tions and activ­i­ties includ­ing more than a dozen lawn games, sled and bike rentals from Blaz­ing Sad­dles, twin­kling lights and deli­cious sea­son­al food and drinks.

Advance rink tick­ets will be avail­able the week of Novem­ber 14.

Lasker Rink in Central Park

Lasker Rink is temporarily closed and will return in 2024 as part of the Harlem Meer Center

The Central Park Conservancy, in partnership with NYC Parks, is redeveloping the Lasker Rink and Pool site as a state-of-the-art facility called the Harlem Meer Center, uniquely sited within the context of a restored and enhanced landscape. The new facility will continue to accommodate recreational and lap swimming and support a robust skating and hockey program. In addition, it will be open year-round for new community-focused programming. Construction begins in 2021 and the new facility is expected to open in time for pool season in 2024.
