Manhattan Youth After-School Program

Manhattan Youth After-School Program

Manhattan Youth’s After-School Program provides students with a structured environment where they can complete homework, take part in project-based learning, and enjoy daily physical activity during the school year. The program works in partnership with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support children’s academic, creative, and recreational development.

Families can register for one to five days per week, with flexible scheduling to suit their needs. Extended hours are available on school half days, and full-day programs operate during school vacations through Manhattan Youth’s Vacation Camps.

The program offers a range of sports, arts, and enrichment activities designed for different age groups. Children participate in activities in a supervised environment led by trained staff.

In addition to school-based after-school programs, families can choose classes at the Downtown Community Center (DCC). Transportation between participating schools and the DCC is available on selected days, or parents may bring their child directly to the center.

DCC programs include swim lessons, ceramics, visual arts, dance, science, computer classes, cooking, martial arts, and other enrichment activities, providing additional options for children throughout the school year.
