Boo is the perfect opportunity to dress up in your wildest costume and join us for some not-too-spooky fun at the zoo. Family-friendly activities include: a MASKerade, magic and mind reading shows, pumpkin carving, and a mobile scavenger hunt. Pick up some sweet treats from our staff on the Candy Trail, or wander through professionally carved jack o’lanterns on the pumpkin trail.

Queens Farm is hosting this special admission day designed for kids and their grown-ups. Halloween on the Farm includes admission to the Amazing Maize Maze, hayrides, kids crafts at the Con Edison Ecology booth and trick-or-treating with the farm animals. This all-inclusive event is the finale of the fall season at Queens Farm. Who’s afraid of ghosts? Costumes are encouraged.

For the first time ever, we are hosting a festive virtual Children’s Halloween Parade with musical performances, a costume contest, a magician, and more. New! Watson Adventures’ Haunted Tales: The Online Halloween Family Scavenger Hunt

Are you prepared to Zoom with ghosts? Kids and adults team up to explore real places that are said to be haunted, and you’ll learn the tales of the ghosts who linger there. You’ll follow a trail of clues across eerie websites, in search of answers to tricky questions. Ghost-plagued places include the Hollywood Hotel where Marilyn Monroe and other celeb ghosts haven’t checked out; the White House in search of presidential ghosts, and the Salem Witch Trial Memorial where you’ll learn the chilling fate of Giles Corey, just to name a few. Ages 10+.
