22 Jun FREE Family Adventure Race Returns This July From City Parks Foundation!

And it’s back! After a two-year pause – the return of the free Family Adventure Race this summer in Queens!

Race to the finish line as a family team on an obstacle course at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park on Saturday, July 9. Families will challenge each other to tackle 12 activity stations including hurdles, wall climbing, and a javelin throw.

Open to children ages 7-13 and their parents, this timed race is a healthy one-hour dose of outdoor fun for all. All finishers will receive medals and special awards will be presented to the top teams in each age division.

There will be three races divided by age range: kids ages 7-8 at 9AM; kids ages 9 -11 at 10AM; and kids ages 12-13 at 11AM. Registration is now open on our website.
