21 May Cityparks PuppetMobile is Back on the Road With Pippi

The traveling CityParks PuppetMobile is back on the road! This season, it is presenting a brand-new show, Pippi, based on Astrid Lindgren’s Pippi Longstocking, as part of a special celebration marking the beloved book’s 80th anniversary.

The production features nearly two dozen hand-made marionettes crafted by the PuppetMobile’s expert puppeteers. In addition to the remarkable artistry of the show, children and families can enjoy the exciting adventures of quick-witted and super-strong Pippi as she triumphs over bullies and challenges outdated social conventions.
