Child’s Play NY’s Holiday Camps

Child’s Play NY’s Holiday Camps

In Child’s Play NY’s holiday camps, campers create stories together, sing, dance and activate their imaginations. Theater games build their social-emotional and executive function skills as they jump inside literature and act out adventures.

Programs are led by theater teachers who inspire young people to tap into their intrinsic sense of play. Camps are delightfully packed with theater warm-ups, improvisations, games, music, and rehearsals. Children are given free reign to their imaginations and creative impulses while they learn storytelling, movement, and music from professional performers. Camps provide supportive, safe environments where kids can feel free to stretch the limits of their imagination and potential.

Since its inception in 2009, Child’s Play NY has touched the lives of thousands of students in classes, residencies, productions, summer camps and birthday parties. Child’s Play NY is both right for the child who passionately dreams of being on stage and the one who is simply looking for a joy-filled experience!
