Camp Lee Mar is a 6 ½ week, private, residential summer camp for children and teenagers ages 7-21. Our programming offers a unique learning experience that combines traditional camp activities with strong academics, daily living skills, and speech and social skills development.
Camp Lee Mar has been in operation since 1953 and continues to innovate in the field of special needs camping. Our structured program provides a comfortable and safe environment in which our campers can flourish. Campers are well prepared for the Camp Lee Mar experience due to collaboration between home, camp, and school. Our campers spend the summer having fun, and learning, while they embrace new ideas, novel experiences, and form friendships that can last beyond the summer.
Only a short drive from New York City and Philadelphia, Camp Lee Mar is nestled in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Campers live in carpeted, air-conditioned cabins, enjoy delicious food, play sports, swim in our junior Olympic heated pool, and so much more! Year after year, both staff and campers return from around the world to spend their summers at Camp Lee Mar.
