15 May Bouldering Project Brooklyn Summer Adventures
Climbing is social, silly, frustrating, hilarious, inspiring, and so much more. Bouldering Project Brooklyn offers a variety of programs to engage and inspire kids from ages 5-12. Our youth programs teach kids skills like resilience, problem-solving, camaraderie, and calculated risk-taking—all while tapping into their love of adventure.
Summer Adventures offers plenty of climbing and social time for kids of all experience levels. We design our curriculum to reduce stress, ease the intimidation of heights and falling, and make climbing approachable in a fun and supportive way. We also stress to our students that the goal is not to be the best climber in the world—the goal is to love climbing and to love doing it with one another.
Adventure Weeks are a full week in duration, Monday – Friday, and run from 9:00 am –
3:30 pm. Limited spots for extended care until 6:00 pm are also available.
Older than 12? Check out our CIT program! Want to see what it’s like to work at a rock climbing gym? Our Counselor-in-Training Program is perfect for climbers aged 13-16 with some previous climbing experience. CITs will receive hands-on career development, valuable experience mentoring younger kids, 1:1 climbing coaching with plenty of time to pursue their own climbing goals. This program is a unique opportunity to learn more about jobs in the rock climbing industry from coaching to route setting and facility management!
This summer, whether you’re looking for an activity that spans a few hours, a whole day, or even a full week, we have plenty of options to choose from:
- Summer Adventures
