Whether you’re planning a family skating adventure, looking for unique holiday gifts or simply want to soak up the festive atmosphere with the kids, Winter Village offers something for everyone.
Free-Admission Ice Skating in the Heart of NYC
At the center of Winter Village is The Rink, a 17,000-square-foot outdoor ice skating rink offering free admission for visitors with their own skates.
Families can glide across the ice surrounded by the Manhattan skyline, making it a memorable winter outing for children and adults alike.
Skate rentals are available for an additional fee, and families with younger or less experienced skaters can rent skate aids to help build confidence on the ice. Helmets are available free of charge.
The Rink will remain open through February 28, 2027, giving families plenty of opportunities to enjoy this classic New York winter activity.
Explore the Holiday Shops
The popular Holiday Shops by Urbanspace also return today, bringing a European-inspired open-air market to Bryant Park.
Families can explore the charming jewel-box kiosks filled with handmade gifts, unique accessories, holiday decorations, artisan products and delicious seasonal treats.
It’s an ideal place to browse with the kids, pick up a few early Christmas presents or enjoy an afternoon surrounded by festive sights and sounds.
The Holiday Shops will remain open through January 3, 2027.
Warm Up with Delicious Seasonal Treats
After skating or shopping, families can head to The Lodge, Winter Village’s rinkside food hall, to warm up and refuel.
With a selection of food vendors offering sweet and savory options, there’s plenty to enjoy, from sandwiches and pastries to churros and hot chocolate.
