Sunday Funday Family Yoga

Come join us in fun interactive class as you bend, balance, twist, turn and fly together with your young ones all while having fun in a safe community built space. This class will combine traditional yoga poses with gymnastic elements, working on shifting our body weight to help find balance in inversions as well as partner poses. We will also be incorporating breath work and core building exercise to maximize strength, feeling grounded both physically and mentally and best of all, you’ll have loads of fun!
