17 Nov Donate Coats at Queens Botanical Garden, Nov 28–Dec 21
Queens Botanical Garden is participating as a drop-off location for the New York Cares annual Winter Coat Drive, running Friday, November 28 through Sunday, December 21, from 9:00am to 4:30pm daily (closed Thanksgiving Day). Visitors are invited to bring new or gently used winter coats and leave them at the Terrace collection point. All donated coats will be distributed through New York Cares to support New Yorkers in need.
This is a meaningful way for the community to support neighbors who may need extra warmth during the winter months while visiting the Garden in Flushing.
Drop-off Location: 43-50 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11355.
(Donated coats accepted at the Terrace 9 am–4:30 pm daily during the drive.)
