Located in the heart of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, Bay Ridge Prep is a selective K–12 independent school that takes a fresh approach to education. With small class sizes and a supportive community, we focus on discovering and developing the unique strengths of every student. Our Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools are designed to foster independence, creativity, and emotional intelligence at every stage of a student’s journey. The school has recently expanded with a brand-new, state-of-the-art Upper School facility on Shore Road, overlooking the waters of New York Bay. Bus transportation is available in select Brooklyn neighborhoods, including Park Slope, Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, and Carroll Gardens.

Admissions Open Houses
Families are invited to attend one of our upcoming Open Houses to learn more about our programs, meet faculty and students, and take a guided tour of our school buildings. Each Open House includes a presentation by our Head of School and an overview of academics, arts, athletics, and student life. Families interested in our support programs will also have the opportunity to learn more about the resources we provide.
