BH School of Dance has nurtured the dance abilities of students for over fifty years. Located in the heart of the Upper West Side, our exceptional faculty offers high-quality dance programs for all ages:

Los Pasitos (Little Steps) Program:

• Ages 2 to 5
• Little ones learn creative movement and dance fundamentals from techniques like tap, flamenco, folklorico, ballet & more
• Focus on creativity, problem solving, and artistic expression

Encuentros (Encounters) After School Programs:

• Ages 6 to 18
• Wide variety of classes: Hip Hop, Jazz, Salsa, Ballet, Pointe, & more
• All levels in a nurturing environment
• School pick-up services

La Academia Pre-Professional & Professional Programs:

• Ages 7 to 23
• For students who are serious about dance
• Focus on classical ballet, contemporary techniques, Spanish Dance, Dunham & more
• Build an exceptional and versatile dance skillset

Adult Dance Classes:

• All levels
• Flamenco, Salsa, Beginner Ballet, Tap, Mat Pilates & more
