Bryant Park Winter Village 2026: Peak Holiday Reservations Are Now Open

It might only be September, but one of NYC’s most popular holiday traditions is already getting ready for the festive season.

Reservations are now open for peak holiday dates at the Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park, including ice skating, Cozy Igloos, Club Santa and more.

The Winter Village returns on October 28, 2026, bringing its much-loved ice rink, Holiday Shops, festive food and seasonal experiences back to Midtown Manhattan. The rink will remain open through February 28, 2027, with skating available daily, including holidays.

Go Ice Skating in the Heart of Manhattan
At the center of Winter Village is Bryant Park’s 17,000-square-foot ice rink, where admission to skate is free. Families can bring their own skates or rent a pair when booking.

Regular skate sessions are generally 50 minutes, and families hoping to visit during the busiest holiday period are encouraged to reserve ahead.

If you’re bringing your own skates, there’s an important booking detail to remember: free “Bring Your Own Skates” tickets are released daily for dates one week in advance throughout the season.

Families with younger children may also want to consider an early-morning visit. Bryant Park recommends mornings as a quieter time to skate with little ones, and skate aids are available free before 10:30am, subject to availability.

Meet Santa at Club Santa
For an extra-special holiday experience, Club Santa combines a Santa meet-and-greet with VIP-style skating.

Taking place on November 28–29 and December 5–6, the experience includes skate rentals, extended skating time, access to the heated Polar Lounge, cookie decorating, hot cocoa and festive crafts.

There are two Club Santa entry times each day, at 10am and 11:45am.

And if you can’t make Club Santa, Santa is also scheduled to return for Santa’s Corner from December 14–18, 10am–12pm, where families can stop by the carousel for a free photo.

Holiday Shops and Festive Food
A trip to Winter Village isn’t complete without exploring the Holiday Shops. The European-inspired open-air market returns from October 28, 2026 through January 3, 2027, with jewel-box kiosks featuring artisans, gifts and treats from New York and around the world.

Families can also warm up at The Lodge, Bryant Park’s rinkside food hall and après-skate space, which will be open throughout the Winter Village season.

Book Early for the Holidays
Winter Village is always hugely popular with NYC families and visitors, particularly around Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, so if you already know when you’d like to visit, it’s worth securing peak-season experiences early.
