
Living History: Celebrity Chef Hercules Posey
Join us as we dig into the life of Hercules Posey, an acclaimed 18th century chef with a renowned palate. He was enslaved by President George Washington, and served as his chef including during the time he was in office. Our historical interpreters will explore Posey’s famous recipes and ingredients, as well as his remarkable life.
