HALLOWEEN COSTUME WORKSHOP
Searching for Halloween inspiration? Just look up! Kids will get ideas from our models of skyscrapers to dress as their favorite towers, whether it’s the Chrysler Building or an original design. A paper-bag shirt for the body of the building, paired with a decorated hat elaborate enough to match even the most special spires, make a unique costume! Ages 6+. RSVP required.

SUBMERGE MARINE SCIENCE FESTIVAL
Diamondback terrapins, puffer fish, birds of prey and more local wildlife will be at HRPK’s Pier 84 this Saturday. Will you?
Presented by HRPK’s Estuary Lab, this Saturday’s sixth annual SUBMERGE Marine Science Festival offers a full day of water and science fun, awesome experiments, kid-approved science entertainment, kayking, fishing and more.

WEARABLE ART: MAKE YOUR OWN LUCKY POUCH: BOKJUMEONI
Make your own Bokjumeoni- a traditional Korean pouch that is believed to contain good luck. In Korea, it is often used as a bag for small presents given to friends and family. No experience is necessary, although participants should be comfortable handling a needle and thread. For ages 10 & up. Adults accompanying children must also pay for a ticket.
