Family Yoga at Chelsea Factory

This fun and playful class is an opportunity for kids to share the yoga fun with their grownups! We’ll stretch, bend, twist, sing, dance and play yoga at this amazing performance and art space! We’ll do group partner poses, partner acrobatics and flying partner yoga, too! We’ll play some of our favorite yoga games and wind down with relaxation time. We’ll also do a mindfulness craft that kids can take home and use forever!

Ages 4 and up. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.
